Success Spotlight: Documentation of ASEZA's Financial Policies and Procedures

The USAID/ACED Program is supporting ASEZA with the development of a new financial manual documenting the scope, objectives responsibilities, policies and procedures for fourteen main financial processes and around 65 sub-processes within ASEZA.

The manual’s procedures and policies will be used for the implementation of a new financial system within ASEZA. The manual will also serve as a functional guide for training at ASEZA.

With the support from the USAID/ACED Program, six training sessions were conducted during this quarter to train the entire Finance Directorate's staff on the new financial procedures developed by the USAID/ACED Program.
